  1. Salade : laver et couper le fenouil le en 2, puis en quartiers (retirer le cœur dur). Émincer en fines lamelles. Laver et éplucher le concombre puis à l’éplucheur faire de fines lamelles. Déposer dans un saladier et ajouter la menthe ciselée. Réserver
  2. Sauce : mélanger l’huile, le vinaigre, la moutarde puis assaisonner. Réserver
  3. Laver et éplucher vos pommes de terres. Les couper en frites. Les déposer dans un plat avec un filet d’huile d’olives, saler, poivrer et enfourner 30 minutes à 220C.
  4. Fish : couper le poisson en 2 dans le sens de la longueur. Déposer le dans la farine puis l’œuf battu et enfin la chapelure mélangée au paprika. Bien enrober à chaque fois.
  5. Faire cuire dans une poêle avec de l’huile à friture. Il doit être doré. Déposer sur du papier absorbant.
  6. Servir avec vos frites et votre Salade. Tremper votre poisson dans de la sauce ravigote.
